The aim of these courses is to develop a broader understanding of the changing roles of health and social care professionals and their relationship within the context of radical changes within service delivery. The structures offer students the opportunity to critically discuss many of the recent developments in both theoretical and empirical approaches to innovative service delivery. Students are also able to pursue specialist interests by choosing optional modules. The courses are designed to meet the needs of health and social care professionals, from a wide range of professional roles, who wish to embark on an educational course which will prepare them to face the challenges and demands of managing and working in changing organisations.
