Strategic Change Management

What does the course involve?

This programme provides an academic understanding of the strategic context of business and the opportunity to develop skills of analysis and problem solving. It also enables delegates to develop a critical awareness of organisational and managerial theory and practice, thus equipping them to deal with the problems, choices and constraints involved in organisational change. It also encourages delegates to develop their own intellectual framework of values, attitudes and practice.

Fact File

Typical Entry Requirements:

A first degree or professional qualification of graduate status, or an HNC or HND and three years’ management experience, or aged at least 26 with five years’ management experience. Most individuals with line management responsibilities would benefit greatly from the course.

Duration:

One evening per week for sixteen weeks (Monday).
