Creativity and the Management of Change
What does the course involve?
This course involves developing a critical understanding of organisational change and applying this to different contexts, including commercial and ‘not-for-profit’ organisations of various sizes.
It provides both an understanding of how change can be managed more effectively through leadership and creative thinking, and the opportunity to develop skills of analysis and problem solving.
