Practice Placement Mentors Guide

Introduction

These pages have been written as an accompaniment to initial mentor training and the mentor updates sessions that take place annually. They have been designed to give clinical staff an overview of the new Practice Portfolio and the assessment process introduced in September 2007.

They are not meant to replace face to face training sessions, but to compliment them, and to give mentors and interested clinical staff some useful information.
