Waterfront Building
Follow the A14 to junction 56, sign-posted A137 Ipswich Central. Follow the A137 and town centre signs. On approaching the town centre, cross over the river in the right hand lane. The Novotel Hotel should be directly ahead. Turn right at the roundabout into Star Lane and stay in the right hand lane, sign-posted Felixstowe. After the third set of traffic lights the road bears round to the right. Take the left hand lane. Follow the road round to the left, still following signs to Felixstowe. At the roundabout take the third exit, then take an immediate right. You will see our new Waterfront Building on the right.

Campus North and visitor parking
As above, but take the first exit at the final roundabout, followed by an immediate left into the car parking area in front.

**Please note that from 25 July there will be works taking place to change the road layout at the entrance to the UCS Ipswich parking facilities. These works should last 6 weeks. Diversion signs will be in place as there will be no access off Fore Street coming from town into Long Street. Vehicles will have to travel up Fore Hamlet and follow the signs that will return them down Back Hamlet to turn into Long Street from that direction.
University Quay
Follow the directions for the Waterfront building, continue straight along Duke Street. University Quay is on the right hand side.
UCS St Edmund House Offices
Follow the A14 to junction 56, sign-posted A137 Ipswich Central. Follow the A137 and town centre signs. On approaching the town centre, cross over the river in the right hand lane. The Novotel Hotel should be directly ahead. Turn right at the roundabout into Star Lane but stay in the left hand lane. The left hand lane will bear left after approximately 800 metres into Waterworks Street. At the traffic lights, turn right into Rope Walk and follow to the end of the road. The St Edmund House offices are directly ahead.

Approach Gorleston with James Paget Hospital on the left. At the second roundabout take the first exit onto the inner relief road (A12). At the next roundabout take the first exit continuing on the inner relief road. At the following roundabout take the third exit, sign-posted Gorleston/Lowestoft. Take the first left into Suffolk Road. Continue straight ahead at the crossroads with Boundary Road. The Great Yarmouth Centre is approximately a quarter of a mile along on the right hand side.
From A47 Norwich:
Approach Great Yarmouth with Vauxhall Holiday Park on the left and take up the right hand lane following the signs to Lowestoft. Take the third exit at the roundabout over Breydon Bridge (A12). UCS Otley
From West, North and South A14
Take the turning for the A140 signposted to Norwich. As soon as you join the A140 you will need to get in the right hand lane to turn right on to the B1078 (signposted Coddenham). Follow the B1078 through the villages of Coddenham and Ashbocking. The Otley Centre is on the right hand side of the road and is well signposted.
From Ipswich
Take the B1077 north out of town towards Westerfield. Go straight over the A1214 roundabout and on through the villages of Westerfield and Witnesham towards Ashbocking. Turn right on to the B1078 towards Otley. The Otley Centre is a mile away on the right hand side.
From East A12 (Lowestoft)
Once on the Wickham Market by-pass (dual carriageway section) go straight over the first roundabout and turn right at the second roundabout (by Wyevale Garden Centre) on to the B1079. Continue for approximately 5 miles. When you come across the t-junction turn left on to the B1078 which is signposted to Otley. After about a mile there is a left hand turning signposted Otley College, the college is a little way up the road on the left hand side.
