The Centre for Design Innovation invites applications from graduate designers for the Postgraduate Certificate Design Context and Practice for entry in January 2008.

The postgraduate programme is offered on a part-time basis and is designed to allow students’ own current design activity to form part of the basis for negotiated project modules.

Learning support is facilitated over three 12 week terms allowing students to negotiate patterns of flexible working and to maximise potential access to facilities, recognising the needs of part-time students to fit study and learning alongside their busy lives.

Pending final validation, on completion of the Postgraduate Certificate Design Context and Practice students can progress to Diploma and Masters level awards through a flexible framework of study, if they so wish.

The Centre for Design Innovation shortly hopes to announce a limited number of sponsored places for students starting in January 2008, providing exciting opportunities for students to work with external partners on innovative integrated media projects.
