Student 1 - Katie
When I came here as a student it was building site and we were working from the old college and could see the building development. It has been a great place to watch the whole university grow, and it feels like a feel university now and a real campus.

I thoroughly enjoy my course, it has been something that has really changed my view on higher education and I’ve loved being here at the uni.

It has been great to be on the Waterfront in the new building, the building itself has great architecture with a grass roof, 6 floors, a café, the Learning Resource Centre has been great because you’ve got lots of Apple Mac computers to use and for us to do our work on.
Student 3 – Liam
The fact that UCS is a new university and also Suffolk’s first university with centres around Suffolk in Otley, Bury St Edmunds, Lowestoft and in Norfolk in Great Yarmouth, so it creates a sort of innovative UCS community.

The town itself seems to be much more because the university is here.
