Enquiry services

The enquiry service at UCS Ipswich is where you can come and talk to a member of the team about finding the information you need for an assignment, or to talk about your library account.

The enquiry service is run from the Helpdesk and is open

Monday - Thursday 9.00 - 17.00

Friday 9.00 - 16.30

Outside of these times a member of staff at the Issue Desk will be able to help you. Alternatively you can email the library|, or a member of the team directly, to ask your question or book an appointment for training.

You may also find that some of the questions you have can be answered by visiting the Library FAQS| page, or the subject page for your course.

Your Subject Liaison Librarian

Each course has a dedicated member of the team working with the course tutors, and students to provide support in accessing resources, and developing the necessary skills to be able to construct searches and find the information and resources you need to complete your assignments or piece of research.

Further information on the Subject Liaison Librarians, and how to contact them is available under Staff Profiles|.
