This form is for current students wishing to live in UCS accommodation. Group requests are welcome, please remember to include your friends' names.

The tenancy is a contract between the student and the landlord. A landlord will request a guarantor is present when signing the tenancy. UCS will always help where possible but has no legal connection within the contract.

In order for you to receive further information, we will forward your contact details to Athena Hall unless you request us not to by ticking the box.

(You may select more than one option, costs may vary and UCS cannot guarantee to find accommodation within your required price range)

Submit details

UCS will endeavour to recommend suitable accommodation based on the information given above; however it is students responsibility to arrange viewings, agree/sign the tenancy and to determine the suitability of the accommodation depending on your needs.

From time to time UCS may need to speak to your landlord regarding you and your accommodation. By completing this form you understand and agree to this exchange of information.

If the accommodation is unsuitable, revised accommodation can be suggested. Accommodation is booked with the landlords on a first come, first served basis. If the accommodation recommended to you has already been reserved by another student please request further accommodation.
