Couple and Family Accommodation

This form should be used when applying for couple and family accommodation only. Please ensure you have recieved an offer for your chosen course at University Campus Suffolk prior to completing the accommodation form.

The tenancy is a contract between the student and the landlord. A landlord will request a guarantor is present when signing the tenancy. UCS will always help where possible but has no legal connection within the contract.
Section 2 - Couples only




* In order for you to receive further information, we will forward your contact details to Athena Hall unless you request us not to by ticking the box.
(You may select more than one option, costs may vary and UCS cannot guarantee to find accommodation within your required price range)




Section 3 - Families Only
UCS does not have any family accommodation but we will help you find something suitable in the local market. Please give as much detail as possible over the remaining questions. This information will form the basis of a property search:



Section 4 - all students to complete
UCS discourages the use of cars to get to the campus to comply with our green travel plan.

UCS will endeavour to recommend suitable accommodation based on the information given above; however it is students responsibility to arrange viewings, agree/sign the tenancy and to determine the suitability of the accommodation depending on your needs.

From time to time UCS may need to speak to your landlord regarding you and your accommodation. By completing this form you understand and agree to this exchange of information.

If the accommodation is unsuitable, revised accommodation can be suggested. Accommodation is booked with the landlords on a first come, first served basis. If the accommodation recommended to you has already been reserved by another student please request further accommodation.
