Prospective First Years and Transferring Students

This form is to be completed by prospective first year students or students transferring from other universities when applying for accommodation. If you wish to live off-campus please indicate in the appropriate section of this form. There is a separate "Returning Students"| application form for UCS second and third year students to complete. On-campus halls are recommended to all students new to UCS and priority will be given to these students. Please ensure you have received an offer for your chosen course at at University Campus Suffolk prior to completing the accommodation request form.

The tenancy is a contract between the student and the landlord. A landlord will request a guarantor is present when signing the tenancy. UCS will always help where possible but has no legal connection within the contract.

From time to time UCS may need to speak to your landlord regarding you and your accommodation. By completing this form you understand and agree to this exchange of information. Your details will not be passed on to any other parties without your permission.

Completing this form does not commit you to taking a room, nor does it guarantee you a room.
