Will has a PhD in Philosophy and an MA in Ethics, Politics and Public Policy from the University of Essex. He has extensive experience of leading and managing research projects across a range of disciplines including public health and social care. He has a particular interest in the use of research techniques in supporting policy formulation and decision-making.
