In addition to the Norfolk and Suffolk Leadership Academies run by the Office of Research and Enterprise, the Business Development team works closely with a number of professional industry experts to create an engaging offer of development courses – ranging from executive leadership to media training. The team collaborates with employers on designing bespoke provision and tailoring courses to the specific demands of their individual workplace.
