For entry onto an undergraduate degree, applicants are required to have one of the following qualifications:

Holders of the M6 School Leaving Certificate, plus a recognised foundation/access/bridging qualification can be considered for entry

Institute of Technology and Vocational Education, certificate and diploma holders are considered for entry to undergraduate courses

A’levels

International Baccalaureate with a minimum of 28 points for 2012 entry
For entry onto a postgraduate course, applicants are required to have:

a good UK equivalent bachelor’s degree from a recognised university

A Higher Diploma of Technical Education / Higher Diploma of Vocational Education
Students without a prior degree may be considered on an individual basis depending on their level of experience and capabilities.
