On campus we have an attractive, large accommodation block, Athena Hall, especially built for students, with 600 en-suite study bedrooms in self-catered shared and studio flats. Athena Hall is only a two minute walk from the main teaching buildings on the Ipswich Waterfront.

UCS works with private landlords and companies to offer a variety of safe and affordable student accommodation through our Accreditation Scheme|. Only suitable properties that meet the required criteria will be advertised and recommended to students by the UCS Accommodation Office|.
