Rationale:
Effective leadership and management is the primary driver of organisational success. This module enables students to develop the skills and behaviours associated with leading and managing people effectively. By developing a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses as leaders and managers, and developing strategies to address areas for development, students will increase their confidence in the workplace and be well equipped to encourage the development of others. This module also provides an opportunity for students to develop a critical awareness leadership and management theory.
