Target Audience:
These study days are for all nursing and midwifery mentors and practice teachers.
Aim:
To enable participants to gain an enhanced knowledge of the triennial review process in order to develop personal mentorship portfolios which comply with NMC standard requirements.
Outcomes:
To revise the NMC requirements for triennial review.
To enable participants to identify suitable evidence for each of the eight NMC domains for mentorship.
To facilitate participant’s development of an outline strategy for the creation of individualised triennial review portfolios.
