This workshop is aimed at all health and social care professionals.

 

Aim:

 

This workshop will explore the range of professional support models available to promote staff development and life-long learning in practice.

 

Outcomes:

 

Critically discuss the purpose and function of a range of models for professional support and development.

Identify models appropriate to their won specific areas of work.

To evaluate the impact of professional support on patient safety, quality assurance and the QIPP agenda.
