Target Audience:

 

Any healthcare staff that have responsibility for leading, managing or supervising healthcare workers. This will also be useful for any staff who wish to develop those skills.

 

Aims:

 

To increase understanding of factors which affect staff performance.

To develop skills in improving staff productivity and satisfaction.

 

Outcomes:

 

Participants will be able to:

 

Engage with their staff in a way that improves performance and develops the individual.

Develop their supervisory skills in a way which reduces risk and promotes productivity.
