Target Audience:

 

This study day has relevance for those involved in direct patient care, or managing staff as well as personnel who are frontline workers.

 

Aims:

 

To review and develop skills and strategies to support effective interpersonal relationships.

 

Outcomes:

 

To be able to consider forms of counselling.

To experience approaches that will support the development of self-awareness.

To develop key counselling skills.

To have explored a range of helping strategies.
