What are the aims of the module?

  • To explore the concepts, principles and theories of work place coaching
  • As individuals, to evaluate current approach to managing development of others’ in the work place.
  • To enable practitioners to critically review and embrace strategies and tactics that can be used to promote performance enhancement in self and others.

How will I be assessed?

The assessment for this module consists of a 4000 word critical analysis of work place coaching.
