ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I have lost my log-in details, who do I contact?

Your log-in details are included in your introductory email. If you no longer have this, contact the admissions team using the details below.

I was able to access the Applicant Portal a few days ago but now can’t.

There could be a number of reasons for this. You will only have access to the Portal if you have a current application with UCS, so if you have withdrawn your application, declined your place or been unsuccessful, your access to the Portal will have stopped. You may also be unable to access the Portal while your details are being updated – normally in mid- to late-August. At this time of year, check back in 24hrs. If you are still having problems, contact Admissions.

When will the portal stop working when I start my course?

Students at UCS have access to Wolsey, the Virtual Learning Environment. The Applicant Portal is built on to Wolsey, so you will still be able to access your course/module areas and general discussion tools. The Applicant Portal community areas will be available until 1 October.
