Stephen has been lecturing General Management related topics for eight years in institutions across East Anglia at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
Following on from a career in Hospitality Management with Forte Hotels, at the time Europe’s largest hotel chain, Stephen started lecturing in Hospitality related topics at both Suffolk and West Suffolk Colleges.
Stephen’s Masters Degree is in General Management; he has also studied Education and Management Accounting at a Post-graduate level.
Stephen currently lectures Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Management and also enjoys Marketing and dissertation mentoring at University Campus Suffolk on a full-time basis.
Stephen is in the second year of a Doctorate in Business Administration which he is studying at Nottingham Trent University. Stephen’s research interests are in the management of stakeholders within higher education and the potential benefits to be gained from a business school effectively managing their constituencies.
