Christiane Wuillamie is an experienced entrepreneur and business woman in the Financial Services and IT sectors. In addition she is a Freeman of the City of London and a member of the Worshipful Guild of International Bankers.
She holds a Visiting Fellow post at the University Campus Suffolk.
From 1994 to 2001 Christiane founded and grew a City-based IT services company, CWB Systems Ltd., with the goal of helping sort out IT organisations and systems in the banking and financial services sector. CWB grew 100% organically year on year and was lauded for its innovative human resources practices.
In 1999 Christiane was a finalist in the Veuve Cliquot London Business Woman of the Year and her company was elected as one of the Virgin Fast Track Profit 100 and Fast Track 100 Growth businesses. In 2001 Christiane sold CWB to Thales. Christiane now runs a business advisory firm, Elegius.
Christiane’s passion is helping organisations develop business strategies that are linked with people strategies and which promote management discipline, transparency, accountability and teamwork.
