Robert has 17 years' experience with Apple technologies in retail and small business environments.  He has also provided software support in the print industry.  As a member of the IT Service Desk, he continues to specialise in Apple support whilst also taking on general first and second line support.

Robert is always looking for opportunities to improve the student experience, liaising with the student union and creating useful documentation.

Since joining UCS, Robert has enrolled in the FdSc Network and Communications Technologies course, which he enjoys immensely and is already finding it beneficial.
