Ben joined UCS in 2008, having assisted in the initial start-up of the IT provision whilst at Suffolk New College.
Ben’s responsibilities include testing and deploying desktop software for both Academic and Business usage. In addition, Ben administers a bespoke system to manage the creation of user accounts, as well as managing the email system.
Ben is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator in Windows and Exchange 2003.
