Teresa joined UCS during 2007 having TUPE transferred from Suffolk College.
Teresa has joint responsibility with Jo Campbell for managing the Service Delivery Team and for delivering an effective and efficient HR service to UCS. Teresa particularly leads the delivery of the Recruitment and Health and Wellbeing Services.
Previous to working for Suffolk College Teresa worked for the Suffolk Training and Enterprise Council, now known as the Learning Skills Council.
Teresa is CIPD qualified and has been studying towards her Post Graduate Certificate in Employment Law.
