Jo joined UCS during 2007 having TUPE transferred from Suffolk College.
Jo has joint responsibility with Teresa Steward for managing the Service Delivery Team and for delivering an effective and efficient HR service to UCS.
Jo is also responsible for the development and delivery of the HR & Payroll system.
Previous to working for Suffolk College Jo worked for Suffolk County Council.
Jo is CIPD qualified and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Employment Law
