Vicky joined UCS in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant in the Registry team and moved to the role of Infozone Advisor as part of the new established Infozone in 2011. Vicky’s main areas of work involve providing advice and information to students, prospective students, staff and the general public on a range of UCS Professional Services, specialising in student support issues.
Prior to joining UCS Vicky has worked in various customer service roles. Vicky graduated from Aston University in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) in Human Psychology.
