Lucy is Head of Admissions and Infozone.
In her role as Head of Admissions she is responsible for the leadership and management of the UCS student admissions service across all campuses, including their development, implementation, monitoring and review and for ensuring a comparable student experience of the admissions process across UCS, and in line with the strategic vision. Lucy’s current key project involves leading the Admissions department in moving towards a Paperless Admissions system.
In her role as Head of Infozone Lucy is responsible for leading, developing and managing the Infozone which acts as a one stop shop for a range of services and enquries. Lucy is currently leading the Infozone in implementing and developing an enquiry management service desk system.
Lucy transferred to UCS in 2007 from the HE Sector of Suffolk College where she progressed from an Admissions Advisor to the Head of Admissions. In August 2010 she took on additional responsibilities with the introduction of the Infozone.
Lucy achieved a 2.1 in BA(Hons) Communication Studies (Psychology & Sociology pathway) at Nottingham Trent University, graduating in 2000.
