Laura joined UCS in 2007, working in the Admissions Department as Admissions Assistant before progressing to the role of Admissions Officer. In August 2010 Laura moved into a new post within the newly established Infozone in where she currently works as the Infozone Manager.
Her main responsibilities are managing the Reception and Infozone teams and ensuring the smooth running of the departments on a day to day basis. She and the rest of the team answer questions and enquiries from visitors, students, staff and members of the public considering studying at UCS.
Laura also contributes to the planning of UCS Student Inductions, Student Recruitment Events and Post Application Visits. At present, Laura is involved with the implementation of a new enquiry management system to be used by UCS.
Prior to joining UCS, Laura graduated from the University of Kent in 2007 with a BA (Hons) in Comparative Literary Studies and Classical and Archaeological Studies and has recently gained a level four qualification in Customer Services.
