Jemma graduated from the University of Northampton with a BA (Hons) degree in European Business.
She has worked in higher education since 2000, firstly working for the University of Luton as International Exchanges Officer and then in 2006 she moved to Suffolk College as a Course Administrator, then onto UCS.
Jemma is now working as a Senior Business Administrator with the Business Administration Team and also is Admin Support for the Association of Learning Development in Higher Education (ALDinHE).
