Emma joined UCS in January 2009 as a temporary administrator and quickly became a permanent member of the team. Emma was promoted to Senior Business Administrator in 2010 and is the deputy for the office manager, Donna Grant. Previously Emma was a senior administrator within the insurance industry.

Emma’s main role is to monitor the budgets of the five schools and Academic Support as well as providing a booking service to academic staff for attending conferences and giving support in student appeals.

Emma has recently been awarded a Certificate in Higher Education in Leadership and Management.
