Chantalle joined UCS and the Student Support Department in 2007 and is now Head of Student Support and Disability Liaison for the Ipswich Campus.
She is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the delivery of student support, Information, advice and guidance (IAG) services which include;

Prior to joining UCS, Chantalle worked in a range of IAG roles within private and public education, including Prison Education and FE Colleges/ Schools.
She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2000 with a BA Hons in Human Communication. During her career she completed various professional qualifications including an NVQ 3 Advice and Guidance and is currently undertaking a Post Graduate Certificate in Careers Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education, through distance learning at the University of Warwick.
