A UCS Graphic Design student is celebrating the inclusion of her work in a worldwide selling book and national touring exhibition which showcases work by the UK's most talented illustrators, including new work from up and coming British talent.

Emily Tan, a BA (Hons) Graphic Design (Graphic Illustration)| student, has had her work selected for being of the highest calibre and has been acknowledged as such through entry to the Association of Illustrators’| publication, Images 36 — The Best of British Illustration.

Emphasising the campaign message through the use of a spoof label design based on a leading brand, Emily describes her work as ‘an ecological awareness campaign that highlights the barbaric practice of manufacturing shark fin soup.’

A major London exhibition of all the work from Images 36 will take place this summer, followed by a touring exhibition into 2013. UCS was honoured to have hosted the touring exhibition of Images 33 in the autumn of 2009.
