Do something amazing, give blood at UCS

Nov 24 2010 3:00PM

The National Blood Service will be bringing its ‘bloodmobile’ to the UCS Waterfront Building in Ipswich on Tuesday 7 December.

The ‘bloodmobile’ will be parked along the Waterfront Plaza between 9.30am and 5pm, where staff from the National Blood Service will be on hand throughout the day. As well as being able to donate blood, potential donors can also find out more information on giving blood and the impact becoming a donor can have on someone’s life.

Registered donors can book a session by visiting the website| or by calling 0300 123 23 23. Anyone who would like to register as a new donor can do so at the website, by calling the hotline or by dropping in at the ‘bloodmobile’ on the day.

The National Blood Service will also be at the UCS Waterfront Building on Monday 29 November to pre-book appointments for the visit.
