Sofa So Good

Members of the public are invited to a unique event being held on the UCS Waterfront Plaza in support of Suffolk Health and Wellbeing Month, a campaign that brings together anti-stigma events from across the county.

Sofa So Good encourages students and passers-by to take 5 minutes out of their day and take a seat on the sofa to talk with various Suffolk voluntary and statutory bodies about positive mental wellbeing and the services they provide.

The event, which takes place on Friday 15 October from 10am, is coordinated by Suffolk Respite who are part of VASP (Voluntary and Statutory Partnership for Mental Health in Suffolk), a group of over 60 organisations across the county who share an interest in mental health.
